Marvellous officially announced via Famitsu (via GAF) that “No More Heroes” is being ported to both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The port, titled “No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise” will receive a few new features, an Advanced Mode and a Very Sweet mode, in which all girls wear bikinis. Suda’s got the right idea.
The release date for Japan is February 25 and the game will retail for about 5040 Yen. We’ll let you know once we hear about a western release date and/or more infos about the port itself.
New No More Heroes 2 videos introduce new playable character, work [Comments Off]
Shinobu, one of the assasin’s from the first part, is going to be the 2nd playable character in “No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle”. Of course, we have now idea how much or if at all she differs from Travis, or how she fits into the story, but I am sure Suda has figured out crazier things in his life. The video is after the break.
Also after the break are 2 videos of the new jobs. If they look straight from a NES game, you are watching the right ones.
No More Heroes: No More Travis, Yes More Nintendo [Comments Off]
“No More Heroes 2″ is not even out yet, but Grasshopper Manufacture boss Suda 51 is already preparing for the future. In an interview with 1up he talks about the future of the franchise. First thing’s first, will Travis make his return in “NMH3″?
“I’ve finished the story for Travis [Touchdown]. It’s completely finished in No More Heroes 2.”
So there. Done with Travis. What about the Wii? Done with that, too:
[...] Looking at the Wii, I think No More Heroes 2 will probably be the last iteration for this current platform. But there’s probably going to be a “Wii 2″ or other next-gen system from Nintendo at some point, so I was saying that I would want to do another game in the series on the next Nintendo platform.
Interestingly, Suda and his crew are waiting for the next Nintendo Platform to drop. The plot thickens.
Suda 51 wants Travis Touchdown in next Smash Brothers game [Comments Off]

I love No More Heroes! Do you love No More Heroes? You better, because thanks to series creator Suda 51, there’s a slight glimmer of hope, that Travis Touchdown might appear in the next Smash Brothers game, dual beam katanas included — we hope!
I love him (Travis), and I want him to be a huge star. That’s why I’m working very hard to make this game as interesting as possible. Maybe in the future, we can see him fighting alongside Link in the next Smash Bros. [laughs] That would be great.
So Suda, speaking to Nintendo D-Pad.
