He's a smart man, but he's still mostly wrong, but he understands the industry so it's okay. Are you daft? You can't be smart, and know the industry, and be wrong most of the time. Those are mutually exclusive states. If one is wrong most of the time, it's because you are either dumb, don't understand the industry, or a combination of both. It's flat bad analysis, and shouldn't be defended or hyped. If someone is wrong more than they are right, they shouldn't be listened to anymore. They surely shouldn't be defended as "very smart" and "understanding of the industry".
