Yakuza 3 in US and Europe after all?

SEGA has quite some explaining to do when it comes to the future of the “Yakuza” franchise. The “Ryū ga Gotoku” series, as it is known in Japan, is already going into round 4, while the US and Europe have yet to see PlayStation 3 exclusive “Yakuza 3″ hit store shelves.
This might now change, as, according to a source close to the project speaking to 1UP, the publisher of the game, not necessarily SEGA, will make an announcement at TGS. According to the source, the game is being localized for both the US and Europe.

We will have more on this as it develops, but word from the wise is: don’t count your chickens just yet, after all Japan is the land of Godzilla, and he sure can smash those eggs.
