Our beloved browser-FPS is getting better! It is very good to see that people at id Software are keeping a close eye on the Quake Live project: As it was announced a week ago, the game will get a new map every week, 6 in total. They’ve already released a map named Hidden Fortress – a CA/FFA map found in the Dreamcast version of Quake 3: Arena -, and tomorrow they will upload the 2nd map as promised. The new arena is called Siberia and it will be a place for capture the flag matches, accommodating up to 12 players. This map will be playable without downloading anything – as usual.
