Tony Hawk Ride exclusive for Xbox 360 in UK, no one cares. Update: It was all a mistake, possibly longest news-title?

If you live in the UK, and you want to buy another peripheral for your PlayStation 3, you should look somewhere else.
The new Tony Hawk game, entitled Ride, will only be available for the Xbox 360 in the United Kingdom. British PS3 owners can still import it, though — I don’t think console exclusivity merits trade barriers!

Update: According to an official statement from Activsion-Blizzard, the game is still scheduled to arrive on both Platforms in the UK, eventhough Microsoft is reportedly trying to get the game to be Xbox 360 exclusive in the UK — but why? Why this game, Microsoft?
